Synopsis

To revive the Daoist temple left by his Master, Qi Gu ventured into the entertainment industry, working diligently. However, he was betrayed by his agent, and his reputation plummeted. After withdrawing from the industry, Qi Gu realized that the harder he tried, the unhappier he became, so he decided to "lie flat" and "rot." An unexpected opportunity arose when he participated in a supernatural variety show through a referral. On the show, he ignored attempts to draw attention, lived by fate, and instead, by calmly snacking amidst terrifying scenes, displaying a relaxed attitude as if on a spring outing, coupled with his excellent ghost-catching skills, he attracted countless fans and became famous across the internet. Later, the rumored big shot of the Supernatural Management Bureau extended an invitation to him. On the day of their meeting, Qi Gu was astonished to discover that this big shot was none other than the handsome man terrified of ghosts whom he had met on the variety show. This is a story about a stable-minded, daily "lying flat," food-loving, straightforward uke (Qi Gu), and a big shot seme (Lin Han Zhi) who is a master actor, outwardly a domineering "Dragon Ao Tian" but inwardly obedient.
