First Acquaintance

The moon over the mountain was bright and round, its light pouring down like water, bathing the entire valley in a silver glow.

Lin Ye jumped down from Yang’s back, using the gentle moonlight to clearly see the appearance of the valley. It was clearly a very beautiful landscape, but she widened her eyes in disbelief. "Yes, yes, yes!" In a moment, a middle-aged male beastman with long, messy hair like Yang’s and a thick beard stepped out of the cave. The beastman saw Lin Ye standing beside Yang and was slightly startled, looking at Yang questioningly.

"Lin Ye, this is my Father; he is also the Chief of the Miao Tribe, Huo." When Yang introduced his Father to Lin Ye, he was a bit embarrassed; after all, this was the first time he had brought his partner home.
