Chapter 6
The Sickly Younger Brother's Substitute
Xie An wasn't used to being fed. She only took a sip and intended to take the bowl from Ding Hai Zhou's hand herself. "I can do it myself."
The porcelain spoon clinked against the bowl with a crisp sound. Ding Hai Zhou looked at her with a captivating smile, his deep voice full of flirtation: "Say another word, and I'll feed you with my mouth."
"You're verbally harassing me," Xie An said sternly, feigning the air of a gentleman.
"Oh, then I can also turn it into action." Ding Hai Zhou fed her another spoonful of porridge, smiling: "Speaking of which, if one day you're no longer here, I'll have some memories to look back on."
With that, he loosened his tie with one hand. Xie An hurriedly held his hand, sternly stopping him: "I'm not an easy person."
"That's great then." He placed the bowl of porridge on the table, propped his hands on the edge of the bed, and leaned close to her: "I'm very easygoing."
He lightly bit her earlobe, his hot breath fanning her ear: "You don't seem very hungry. How about we do some serious business?"
His handsome face was right next to hers. Xie An remained calm, using one finger to push his forehead away to create distance: "There are so many people outside. You might not care about your reputation, but I do."
Ding Hai Zhou took her finger into his mouth, his foxy eyes full of provocation: "Then you remember to keep your voice down later, don't let anyone find out."
The playful words kept pouring out. Xie An was provoked. She suddenly sprang up, pushing Ding Hai Zhou onto the bed and pinning him down. Ding Hai Zhou didn't resist at all, only smiling at her, his loose tie revealing his delicate collarbone.
When her palm brushed past his Adam's apple, the person beneath her immediately flushed, his hands tightly gripping the bedsheets, creating ambiguous wrinkles, and his breathing became rapid. "This line should be returned to you. There are people outside, don't scream too loudly."
Ding Hai Zhou trembled, his fair skin flushed red like a ripe strawberry, exuding an alluring aura. His messy reddish-brown hair obscured his flirtatious eyes. Xie An gently brushed his bangs aside, looking directly into his eyes: "If you scream loud enough for people outside to hear, I'll give you a hand."
"How are you so skilled?" In his daze, Ding Hai Zhou didn't forget to be jealous.
"Probably natural talent," Xie An replied lazily.
"I won't scream, you think I'm..."
"Don't!" His jealous words were cut short, turning into a moan of pleasure mixed with pain.
Zhao Yan and Li Wei, standing outside the door, heard Ding Hai Zhou's cries and were extremely worried that Xie An was being bullied. They hurriedly knocked on the door. "Tang Xing Yu, you're not allowed to bully An An!" Zhao Yan shouted angrily. "That's right, men should cherish and pity women!" Li Wei added.
The knocking and shouting outside made Ding Hai Zhou too ashamed to face anyone. He quickly burrowed into the blanket, curled up like a cocoon. "You've dirtied my bed," Xie An said calmly.
Ding Hai Zhou poked his head out, his eyes full of resentment: "I gave you my first time, and you only care about the bed?"
Seeing that the people outside were about to rush in, Xie An quickly opened the door. Li Wei and Zhao Yan, pushed from behind, tumbled into the room. Zhao Yan saw that Xie An was safe and sound, but then saw Ding Hai Zhou hiding in the blanket and grew even angrier: "Tang Xing Yu! You said you were An An's boyfriend, so we let you take care of her. What kind of care is this, getting into bed with her!"
The whole room fell silent. The words were true, but they sounded so ambiguous. Li Wei quickly covered Zhao Yan's mouth, stammering an explanation: "Yan Yan didn't mean it that way..." Everyone knew she didn't mean it that way, but everyone couldn't help but think in that direction.
Tang Xing Yu, who was already annoyed at being suppressed by Xie An, was now scolded by Zhao Yan, so he decided to retaliate. He poked his eyes, full of spring fever, out to look at everyone, making everyone hold their breath. This appearance clearly showed he had just been "nurtured"!
"What if I took care of her in bed? Look, isn't she much better now?"
Everyone simultaneously turned to look at Xie An with fiery gazes. Xie An only wanted to bury herself in the ground: "It's all a misunderstanding... it's not what everyone thinks."
Tang Xing Yu's assistant was also present. Tang Xing Yu, disregarding everything, instructed: "Buy me some new clothes and bring them here immediately."
The situation seemed too intense. *Beast!* That was everyone's assessment of Xie An. Zhao Yan earnestly advised: "An An, you've just been rescued, after all, don't indulge too much, it's not good for your health." She was about to say more when Li Wei covered her mouth and dragged her away. Li Wei was drenched in sweat, sighing inwardly, *When will I ever fix this habit of being embarrassed for others!*
